This is a very important part of the process. It is where we work together to identify all the relevant factors which are hindering you from achieving change. This assessment enables me to create a programme of hypnotherapy which is tailored to your personal needs. Research shows that this personalised approach is most likely to help you achieve the success which you are seeking.

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a session please inform me as early as possible by telephone or email. This enables me to try to use the time allocation for someone else. I also spend a significant amount of time preparing for your session in advance of your arrival.Unless there are exceptional circumstances, 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or you may be liable for the entire session fee.
